1. Public Relations and Marketing Committee

Functions: The primary function of this committee will be to generate funds and goodwill for UPA. For fund raising a target of Rs 10 Lakhs for each chapter is suggested so that we can maintain an office and staff in both North and South.

2. Arbitration Committee

Functions: To handle the pending cases of Arbitration.

3. Magazine Committee

Functions: The committee shall be responsible to print out the UPA magazine on quarterly basis.

4. Legal Committee

Functions: The committee shall be responsible for the legal affairs of the UPA and onward legal requirements that have to be addressed for the UPA in general such as registrations, UPA by laws, legal requests by members, legal requests by trade partners, etc.

5. Finance Committee

Functions: The committee to oversee the financial and accounting of UPA will need to be re constituted.

6. Facilitation Committee

Functions: The committee tasked to create a list of services that the UPA can provide to its members.
